SMS Gas Alarm

The gas alarm is a portable unit that is mounted in a pump house, house, shed or any other indoor area that requires protection against a possible intrusion.

It is equipped with a dual infrared passive and gas unit. Once the passive is triggered, the gas unit is activated and releases a gas (similar to pepper spray) for two seconds where after the unit is reset and will continue releasing the gas if more movement is picked up unless deactivated by the owner. The dual passive avoids possible false alarms such as birds/insets moving in front of the passive. The system is connected to a SMS unit with backup battery and charger. The system can be controlled via a remote or via a drop call from a programmed cell phone number. This unit has the following additional features available: low battery warning, daily health report, sending warning messages up to four numbers as well as dropped calls to two numbers.
